As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Senior Trade Marketing & Indirect Purchasing Buyer with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Purchasing and Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for trade marketing-related purchases as well as a portion of the company’s indirect purchases.
Trade Marketing
- Sourcing and managing suppliers of gift sets, gifts, and promotional items.
- Development of in-store displays, display boxes, cardboard displays, and merchandising solutions.
- Design of eco-friendly solutions for product grouping (sets, packs, bundles).
- Consultation, negotiation, and contract negotiation with suppliers.
- Monitoring progress, costs, deadlines, and quality.
- Keep an eye on innovations, materials, and sustainable solutions.
Indirect Purchasing
- Procurement Management for Office and Warehouse Services.
- Management of purchases of consumables and logistics supplies: pallets, stretch wrap, adhesive tape, packaging, PPE, equipment, and miscellaneous supplies.
- Cost optimization, contract tracking, and supplier performance.
Desired Qualifications
- A college degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing procurement, point-of-sale materials, packaging, or indirect procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
- Organizational skills, independence, and analytical thinking.
- A strong commitment to CSR issues and eco-friendly solutions.
- Proficiency in procurement tools, analytical tools, andartificial intelligence solutions applied to procurement.
- Proficiency with an ERP system; knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel.
