As part of our growth, we are looking for a:
PRODUCT MANAGER, MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT / TRADE MARKETING
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Product Manager and the Trade Marketing Manager with their day-to-day tasks:
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Conducting competitive product monitoring, sales analyses, and consumer trend analyses
- Support for tracking developments from the initial work on the brief through to the product's entry into inventory: competitor benchmarking, trend tracking, support for R&D lab briefs, packaging, regulatory compliance, etc.
- Participation in the evaluation and validation of formulas and packaging
- Preparation and oversight of packaging implementation documents, including: drafting text documents, coordinating back-and-forth revisions with the in-house creative team, and proofreading the final documents
- Creation of sales materials (launch presentations, marketing fact sheets, sales pitches, etc.)
- TRADE MARKETING
- Conducting competitive intelligence on Trade offers across various distribution channels.
- Contribute to the implementation of trade marketing campaigns (promotions, in-store events, point-of-sale displays, etc.).
- Creating and adapting presentations for client meetings
- Providing various tools to B2B customers via Dropbox (assets, product photos, presentations, POSM).
- Assistance with the organization of trade shows and business events.
PROFILE
- With a bachelor's (Bac+3), master's (Bac+4), or doctoral (Bac+5) degree in marketing, you have a strong interest in the cosmetics industry
- Previous experience in marketing and cosmetics is a real asset.
- You have strong writing skills and are creative and responsive. You are thorough, self-reliant, and dynamic.
- Proficiency in English is preferred
