Sales Administration Assistant on permanent contract

MISSIONS:

  • Sales Administration
  • Order registration
  • Ensure the administrative processing of customer files
  • Order planning monitoring
  • Customer relationship management: from order entry to delivery
  • Inventory management and logistics monitoring of supplies
  • Making customer appointments France
  • Freight forwarder and carrier management
  • Management of French and international shipments
  • Invoice management
  • Document management (letter of credit, etc.)
  • Administrative monitoring of EX1
  • Assist salespeople
  • Assist the ADV Manager
