1 - Can I return or withdraw from a purchase made on your website?

You can return an item within 14 days from the order date. Returns of orders shipped to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco and Belgium are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, upon receipt of your order and upon confirmation that the shipped products have not been opened.
