Evoluderm delivers in mainland France, to your home or to a relay point
3. What are the costs and delivery times?
You have the choice between several delivery methods: Colissimo or Chronopost. All details of costs and times by geographical area can be found on the Deliveries & Returns page.
4. What payment methods are accepted by Evoluderm?
You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express) via the secure Paypal payment system.
5. Is the Evoluderm site secure?
Yes. Payments by credit card on the site are made via the Sogec payment system. The Evoluderm site does not take note of your banking information at any time.
6. How can I return or exchange a product?
On the website: Any Customer can request the exchange of their item within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer. Full details of Returns and Exchanges can be found on the Deliveries & Returns page.
7. How do I access my account if I have lost my password?
When you log in, you can check “forgotten password” and you will receive an email within a few minutes allowing you to set a new password.
8. How to subscribe to the newsletter?
