We do not test any of our ingredients, nor any of our finished products on animals, in accordance with European Regulations in force since 2013.

3. Are your products sold in China (and therefore tested on animals there)?

In China, the authorities can decide to test certain products on animals before their marketing in the territory, without the consent of the brands. This goes against what we believe in, and we hope that the Chinese government will turn to alternative practices in the future.

4. Are Evoluderm products vegan?

Although EVOLUDERM products do not have vegan certification, almost all of our products are vegan because they do not contain ingredients of animal origin.

The exceptions are the Miel Gourmand range, which contains honey, the Brilliance Shampoo, which contains silk, as well as the Brilliance Mist, the Color range, which contain keratin, the Conditioner and the Monoï Hair Mask , Precious Oil and Argan, Coconut Rain Conditioner, Almond Sweetness and Shea Delight. The Anti-Aging Sheet Mask, Energizing Mist, Styling Hairspray and Keratin Spring Curl Mousse are also not Vegan products.

5. I purchased a product that appears to be defective, what should I do?

If your product seems defective to you, we invite you to send your complaint to customer service at the following address: service.client@evoluderm.com, who will handle your request.

6. How long can I keep my product?

If you have not yet opened the product, it will be kept for a period determined by the DLC (Use By Date) indicated on the product. This date applies if the product has been stored away from heat and light.

If your product is already opened, then you must refer to the PAO (Period After Opening), indicated by the pictogram in the shape of an open jar. This pictogram indicates the number of months during which you can use your product without risk after opening it.

7. Do your products contain silicones?

Silicones are compounds used in formulas to give them a fluid and soft texture that is easy to spread. Their use is controversial because it is wrongly believed that silicones suffocate the skin and lead to the appearance of imperfections. In reality, they are very well tolerated by the skin and cannot penetrate the skin barrier, they only form a protective film on its surface, capable of letting the skin breathe.

We therefore use silicones in small quantities in our products intended for the skin, for reasons of effectiveness and sensoriality, which gives our formulas a pleasant and velvety touch. However, all our hair products do not contain it so as not to weigh down the hair.

8. Can I apply Evoluderm products to my children?

You can safely apply all of our Evoluderm products to your children from 3 years old.
For children under 3 years old, Evoluderm offers its Baby range, specially formulated and tested to take care of baby's delicate skin. Babies have skin that is more fragile than ours, which therefore needs special attention on a daily basis. Our Baby range is hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested.

9. Do you use preservatives in your products?

In order to guarantee you safe and quality products that you can use in complete safety, we integrate preservatives into our products. Their role is to protect the formulas from any bacterial contamination, so that they last longer and present no danger when used. We use preservatives that do not present health risks, in minimum quantities and in accordance with regulations, to offer you products combining pleasure and safety.

10. Are Evoluderm products subject to skin tolerance tests?

In accordance with European regulations on cosmetic products, we carry out skin tolerance tests on all of our products, tests carried out by independent laboratories. We carry out patch tests (or skin irritation tests) to assess skin tolerance in order to verify that the product does not cause an irritant reaction on the skin, and HET-CAM (or eye tolerance tests) in order to evaluate the irritant effect of the product on the eyes.
